Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by Above All Medical Parts before returning. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an RGA from Above All Medical Parts. After obtaining an RGA, each return must include the following information:

• Customer name and address
• RGA number
• Parts number

Defective orders are returnable with authorization. Non-defective orders may be returned, provided customer has obtained prior authorization from Above All Medical Parts. Defective product, properly noted damaged product and returns that are the result of a Above All Medical Parts error may be returned at Above All Medical Parts expense and for a full credit.
